This morning’s sunrise…and roses
This morning I caught a lovely sunrise and, of course my roses are lovely as well.
A nice thing about fall is that the sunrises a bit later. In summer I almost never get up in time to catch a sunrise. this morning it was so pretty that I grabbed my camera and wandered out in my PJs to catch it.

I used Raw Therapee for raw conversion and basic edits, Topaz Studio 2 for the painterly effects, then ended with the GIMP for resizing and watermark. I used the workflow described in: Photo processing workflow: preparing photos to use on the web using open-source software.
